Shipping timings:

Little Fishy Swim is a small one-woman business. We facilitate our own shipping via Australia Post. Whilst every effort is made to post your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 5 working days for us to put your order in the mail. You will receive an email via Shopify once your order has been shipped.

This means that Little Fishy cannot offer express shipping options. We thank you for your understanding. In case of urgency, please contact us. Every effort will be made to expedite your order but this cannot be guaranteed.

Any changes to shipping times - e.g. to allow for annual leave or disruptions due to pandemics, bushfires etc - will be advertised on our homepage banner bar.

Costs and charges: 

Currently we only offer shipping to Australia - please refer to your order summary for charges. These may vary in cost and timing depending on where you are located in Australia.

Local Pick Up: 

We are located in Sydney, New South Wales. We do not offer local pick up.


All parcels have tracking. The postage is more costly but you have the peace of mind that you can follow your order, this does not effect time of arrival and will still take 2-4 weeks depending on location.


We are not liable for any lost postage, however if your order has tracking we will do our best to recover the item should anything go missing.

Adding to your order: 

We aim to get parcels out within 5 days. Unfortunately, this means that your items may have already shipped before you have contacted us. Please contact us as quickly as possible. There is strictly no swapping or cancelling items already ordered.



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, whether for change of mind, fit or damage purposes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, hygiene stickers (as applicable) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Cost of shipping will be borne by the sender.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returned Mail

In the event that your package is returned to Little Fishy for any reason such as incorrect address, non payment of duties or non collection an admin fee of $25AUD will be charged to the customer.

Little Fishy is not responsible for missing packages and we advise the use of a tracked service.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
